It would be interesting to know how many SI users are complaining. The final stat used to determine the proirity of a change is the number of unhappy users.

Wow, sorry but that's an silly statement. Can you imagine what losing 10% of your users means in terms of stock price. If ten percent of your users are unhappy that's a lot.

My guess is that there are 8 people that are put out for every one that is complaining. Most people don't complain, they just move on.
