Well to me it's simple, for the license you just put in the disclaimer and leave it to the user to do the correct thing. The who of customers is just a straw man. I exchanged emails with John Bradley and he did not have any contact with redhat and was just disappointed that they had decided to stop including it. To me the billionaires at redhat by omission are depriving access to a superb graphics application. This to me is contrary to the spirit of Open Source. To me it's a Bill Gates kind of choice. Logo over better technology.
