Don't know much about 401-K, however, you can easily set up a "self-directed" IRA and have funds liquidated in one account and transferred to your self-directed account in a matter of days... A FAXED "Letter of Direction" and in some cases a required signature guarantee is all that is required. Could call RESOURCES TRUST in Colorado @ 1-800-525-9054 and ask about setting up a self-directed IRA. Then you're on your own and have more flexibility. Frank
