ee is functionally a joke when compared to xv. It just about the same as comparing red baron to Netscape. Now I have a little knowledge in this particular areas of applications. So you can make all your points about resource this and what, but to me the simple fact is the consumer got screwed out of the opportunity of being exposed to a long term member of shareware's outstanding applications.

So I guess a buracratic set of rules the pick packages based on polical factors instead of functional and value is the new redhat (bill gates would be estactic) distribution package criterion. Does ee come up with a redhat logo? Oh!!!

That conclusion is a no-brainer to me. Oh what's on a redhat cdrom? About 556054 kbytes of info. How big is xv rpm? Relatively small number of packages is 646.
