Yes, all kids were tucked away,
covers pulled up snuggly to their heads...
and downstairs by the fire
a parent had snuck down from his bed.

Wall Street journals at their place.

Yes, I'm teasing, but it's fun
when we think of our loved ones...
to share as much of what is us
during special seasons such as this.
So while we're filled with holiday bliss

Over 2,000 years ago a man was born
Who preached LOVE throughout the land.
With all his heart, mind, soul, body, and strength
did he preach to repent(turn away from doing all wrong),
and live anew with forgiveness as part of your song.
So later inspired was man, that when Christ died, a new time line was formed. B.C., A.D.
Yes, man still continually sinned, and continues to do wrong to this very day...
Yet, let us all carry on this important work of repentance and forgiveness. Without it there will always be strife, and chaos, and war.
