The download is 6 plus megs. I expected the "Upgrade" to be a simple patch for 5.0 but no. It's the whole 6.5 package. Much better than 5.0. I removed 5.0 before I installed 6.5. Had no problems at all. Just lucky I guess. You will have to go through WOW e-mail if any problems. Just be sure to write down all information including passwords and user ID. Barbara Hampton was VERY HELPFUL. So was "TERRY" Good luck to all............lyle
