1) revenue streams = systems and customer service

SeaChange currently sells equipment and services this equipment for Cable MSOs and Broadcasters and Networks. TWX, for instance, uses this equipment and their conduits to provide viewing services and revenues.

I don't expect Seachange to be competing with
the content and conduit companies which are their
current customers. Providing high quality digital video servers is huge market opportunity for interactive tv,
broadcast play-to-air, hospitality movies, digital ad insertion, and interactive advertising and sales.

See schange.com
and contact investor services for more info.

2. Internet. Seachange would be trying to sell
video servers to video providers such as RealNetworks, MSFT... Caching is an internal part of the Seachange
distributed solution.

Everyone currently using cable modems knows that the
internet is still to slow and unstable to provide
high quality video for the masses. With another mega
trillion $$$ of capital improvements to provide an
all DWMW optical switching core internet with terabyte edge
routers and fiber to the settop/network computer card
for the bandwidth hungry world, then "tv channels"
will be an obsolete item, and all video will be on demand
from millions of internet content providers.
We are still a few days from delivery of this package.
