Bill: The guidance that has been given regarding the royalty is "double digit". I've always assumed that this meant 10%, but I'd love to be wrong (low). The royalty is not diluted, no flow-through. MEDI covers anything that is due to the collaborators in Belgium. One sweet deal. Rick
