Merry Christmas, Spirit. . .and you are correct. . . there are plenty of bargains to be had. . . however, we cannot assume that just because a sector is beaten down and techs are at unbelievable highs that somehow the "deserve" to correct toward one another. The tech sector is high, because the earnings growth is extraordinary. . .and only expected to get better. . . .the drug sector is beaten down because it is simply out of favor. . . unpopular. . . yes, this is a popularity contest. . . and AOL, YHOO, CSCO, QCOM, etc are the beauty queens.

You are correct about retail. . .they are certainly worth rotating into this coming week. . . and as for stocks like CIEN that have been selling off so much. . . I believe they will make sudden surges as they did in November. . . so if you don't own them when they are low. . . it will be too late to add them later. . . as their biggest gains will be made overnight.

I like the disk drive sector every which way as a value play. . . but I am staying with our babies for the most aggressive gains.

However, I have some holiday activities to coordinate. . .so I cannot spend much time thinking of our next plays. . . as for the market this past week. . . it was a mystery to me. . . .I was completely baffled by it. . . if we don't see more selling this week. . . I will be fearful going into January. . . you just cannot put that much air into the balloon without expecting it to pop.
