On another note...this thing finished up last quarter with 12
Institutions holding 22.71% of the outstanding shares as of September
30,1999.

Of these, 3 established new positions while 3 liquidated their
holdings. Overall, Institutions decreased their holdings by <0.37>%
for the period.

And as of the latest data....its now Inst Own: 36.2% held...which is a 50+% increase in the last couple of months... So something must be up...and I think we'll see this turn into a Y2k mimbo.
