It asked me for my email address, then a password. I just made one up. It asked me to enter it twice to confirm. Then it gave me a User ID (which they assigned) and a serial number. Write this all down as you will need it to activate the program once it's downloaded.

That's where I got mine.

Ultimately, it asked for my mailing address (I assume to confirm that I'm a registered user).
