My brother had a similar experience. He bought a new computer with a DVD player and the real player had a problem with that DVD palyer and it messed up his whole system. He uninstalled it and it still was messed up. He emailed for tech support and days later heard that he could go to the website to read about how to completely uninstall real player. As an investor I was not happy to hear about such poor service. He posted on the RNWK thread on the fool about how terrible he was treated and someone from real contacted him and he eventually got on the phone with an engineer who fixed his problem. They apologized and he is now a happy though skeptical user of RNWK products. I recommend that you post a nasty message here to see what kind of response you get. jb
