Steve, please comment following:

I think IBM, GE, AT&T and even will be the biggest B2B winner in next several years.

Reason:
1) They are controlling almost all the EDI market, which will ne replaced be new Internet B2B e-commerce. They have all the customers, actually all the potential B2B customers are currently using EDI.
2) Technology side there is no any difficulty for them, I would say they are much better than ABRA and CMRC.
3) They already engage in Internet EDI transaction for couple years. If they think ARBA and CMRC will eat there lunch. they will switch to XML based B2B transaction as fast as they can. They have the advantage of making the migration from EDI to XML B2B very seamlessly, they have strong consulting team.
4) They have the advantage of make deals with their old EDI customers.
5) They have deep pocket to lower the price.

Conclusion: ABRA and CMRC may be B2B bubbles which may burst soon. They don't have the opportunities AOL
, AMZN, YHOO and EBAY had before. I will don't CMRC and ABRA worth more than 1 Billion dollar each at this stage.

Do I miss something here?
