Are you going to buy to cover a short since you are long ESST per your previous posts on ESST thread. If you are not give those of us long from the forties a break. There is absolutely no reason this strong a company should be down to these levels.

This next item is not meant for you it is meant for the guy who keeps talking about how insiders sold at much higher prices. The shares that were reported on the 144 were for registered shares which were given to executives as part of there pay package. In this case most of thoses shares had to be sold at those levels because as someone else pointed out they cannot sell unless the stock is at 38 or better. Also a lot of companies limit the number of shares executives can hold and they must sell in advance of receiving more shares which will probably occur tommorrow at the annual meeting. All that is going on here is normal insider stockholder activity and at very very low numbers. It is not being done because they know something in advance. Who ever you are if you you want to make remarks then at least give the facts Jack.
