Surely you jest Peter. If it were well run it would not be selling at these prices. The question is more how poorly has it been run in the past and is there hope it will be run better in the future. Besides is there anything about being in a Wallmart store that would give you any notion how successful Walmart is? It surely isn't the quality of the personnel or merchandise.
