Consolidation with b2c & b2b etailers will begin due to the explosive growth this year. Please note, this year was the second year of sales with some of these very young companies and they have had some growing pains. ToyRus is a very good example. Nonetheless, major e-tailer and B&M retailer players are looking for small b2b etailing companies, that can be refined to their likings and directing it's operations to become an excellent operating unit to their corporate structure. In my opinion, uBid is an excellent candidate (with minor customer service problems) that will be looked at very closely... . Cheap at these levels... . Big boys can't get these babies any cheaper.. . If they do their homework and sharpen the pencils, they will find value in uBid computer networking business model and distribution network. B2B is the business to be in today. Al
