PROG is a retailer of shrink-wrapped software. They sell products such as Microsoft's Visual Basic and associated 3rd party add-on tools. The share price was dinged because of poor sales in Europe. They blamed Y2K development freezes for the decrease, I'm don't know how valid that excuse is. 10Q - biz.yahoo.com
