<<Right now it looks kind of squishy with STFD's interest getting smaller all the time. Squishy isn't what I would call it. It is my understanding that the last round was at $16 per share and I think the future rounds will be less dilutive still. I am assuming 21.5 out today, plus another 1.5 million sold to strategic partners, plus 3 million wts, plus 3 million sold to the public gets to about 29 out at the IPO. I believe this will be a fairly accurate guess. I would love for STFD to still own 79% but it isn't realistic. I will settle for the 33% of the 20 billion dollar enterprise that I think Nanovation will be in June.
