Nonsense, he hadn't had enough egg nog to befuddle him yet. I'd give him the benefit of the doubt because of his cold, but he managed to snag a pip just before. He was lying in wait, overly confident, and I simply set him up and pounced. I won it, fair and square. When I think of the ones I plotted for--only to have him show up suddenly and grab it....
