I think something HAS changed. $1,000,000 is gone. Whether SJD gets anything for this money remains to be seen.

I put some money into Antares when it was gold/silver exploration company with ~$10,000,000. Within one year or so, they gave their cash to different parties chasing various dreams, including diamonds, leaving me with a substantial loss.
There were some others companies that went the 'technology' way. And again, I lost money because of their foolishness. I keep selling those who lose their focus on their primary goal, i.e. gold exploration. I have a difficulty trying to understand why an exploration company seeks an investment opportunity in a sector so far away from their area of expertise. SJD is somehow dear to me and they have not reached my sell threshold. Apparently, not so to entities that keep selling the stock.

I always thought,(always = 4 years now), that SJD was a smart junior. I did not pay any attention to the whining about not pushing the drilling in Ghana, e.g. second drill issue.
For example, Argentina Gold sold out at very low price, historically, regardless of their exceptional results. To me, there was no point in advancing the SJD property because the potential reward was not really tempting.

However, one million dollars is a substantial amount of money. Especially in the current gold market. For this kind of money one could, and still can, buy rights to a good gold property. Have a look at SUR with a few exceptional properties and shortage of cash. I would say SUR is desperate to get any cash to explore their properties. There must be quite a few juniors like SUR.

Why SJD goes to the Silicon Valley to employ their cash is simply beyond me.
NASDAQ will go down sooner or later, leaving a bit of population of wishful thinkers/investors/speculators with a HUDGE bag. I still believe that gold has a tremendous upside potential. Having a choice of dreams, NASDAQ or GOLD, I choose without hesitation GOLD

SJD, please don't try to reinvent itself. Gold exploration is just what it is: gold exploration. A chair I can buy for $100 in Business Depot.
SJD, are you still a GOLD dream or a sucker looking for a way to waste your money?
By the way, has anybody contacted the company?
Ogi, you say that they have not lost their focus. Is it just your opinion or your heard that from SJD?
Still long,
Fellow puzzled goldmeister

PS Let's have a fabulous spring. The Vancouver kind, not seen for several years.
