Yes, that's true. But, sadly, if Radisys continues to sink tomorrow, another possibility raises its ugly head. One of the larger shareholders of Radisys (i.e., Intel, Techtronix, etc.) put in a friendly call and asked what the profit picture looked like, and some officer form Radisys had to "fess up" that things were not all that rosy. Whereupon, individuals of the "larger shareholder," their family and friends either blabbed or started to sell shares. As the Motley Fool guys have pointed out so often (particularly in the tech area), when the market starts talking right before an earnings announcement, start listening.

If so, those of us who have trusted management should not only reassess their holdings but really get pissed in writing to the SEC. As someone who will be financially hurt if the above is true, this is one time I desparately hope I'm wrong!
