YOU MAY QUALIFY FOR FREE SHARES OF EDIS!!!!! Ken Danchuk has not forwarded the 100k shares of EDIS as promised. I have 10 emails from him soliciting my services and a written promise that shares would be forwarded to me...but as yet have not received them. I told Ken that if I did not receive them by DEC 24th that I would come collecting...so HERE I COME :) This has been a very good year and I am very good at what I do...that is why Ken solicited my services and promised me 100k shares as compensation. So here is how it is. I could obviously USE the extra $$ --- but I dont NEED the extra $$. Therefore I have decided to give my shares away provided that Ken and officer[s] of the company issue the shares without my taking the matter to court...in which case I would have to pay my attorney and would use remaining shares as I see fit. For now...this is what I propose: I want 10k of the free trading shares promised me issued to an account for my friend Melissa: smallpotatoes.net I want the other 10k free trading shares promised me issued to the Dian Fossey Gorila Fund...for the preservation of these precious creatures: gorillafund.org I want 30k of the restricted shares promised me issued to St. Peter the Apostle Orthodox Church for its beautification and restoration in preparation of its 50th anniversary: cybergate.com The remaining 50k restricted shares promised me I want to be distributed to shareholders of EDIS as follows. 100 shares each to the first 500 shareholders who write the company a certified letter stating you object to the 100k shares not being issued by Ken Danchuck and/or officer[s] of the company to Lazarus as promised. Urge them to settle the matter as per the terms set forth here by me. To qualify you must send a copy of the certified letter to my attorney along with your receipt showing it was sent certified to ESSI: Forward the copy of your letter and the certified receipt to: Lazarus c/o Emerich Pedeira & Fike 5220 N. Palm Ave Fresno CA, 93704 Please Address you letter to the ESSI exactly as follows: Ken Danchuk & Larry Vance c/o Earth Search Sciences Incorporated 502 North 3rd Street, #8 McCall, ID 83638 This means that 500 people could qualify for 100 free shares. All I ask is that you be a shareholder and write the certified letter to the company and forward a copy to my attorney. Open an account in your kids name and buy 5 shares they qualify. Tell your friends and pass the word along. This offer stands for the first 500 participants whose certified letter[s] are received by my attorney no later than Feb 15th 2000. Please note the following further conditions: Ken Danchuck and/or ESSI [or you] must bear the cost of certificate transfers [- which will be much cheaper than what it will cost if I have to take them to court for the shares.] Whatever shares are not claimed by shareholders I will be entitled to collect. IOW if only 200 people write the company -- then I will be entitled to the remaining 30,000 shares for my expenses. If Ken Danchuk and the responsible officer[s] do not forward the shares as per above and I have to resort to court action to collect...and if I prevail in court -- whatever shares my attorney does not get will go to me. In which case in lieu of the above I promise to do the following: reimburse $5.00 to each shareholder who wrote the company a certified letter and forwarded a copy to my attorney....and send each one a free small potatoes t-shirt [$18.00 value] which will say on the front: this spuds for you EDIS and on the back have my logo:http://www.smallpotatoes.net/tshirts.htm But hey --- i would rather you have the 100 free shares...so get busy and write the company...tell your friends and enlist your family.
