Does anyone knows if there will be a huge dilution before the deal takes place.It looks to me that by March we might have 10 or 20 mil shares outstanding. Are there too many options on hand? Co. is very secretive in reporting shares outstanding. The press release for the buy-out sucks.It is not clear. Management must be cooking something or all the arbs are stupid. Someone reply please.
