AUOR filed this item about the conversion from Toucan Gold to an Internet software company: biz.yahoo.com. Anytime a company totally changes direction and says they are going to enter a field already dominated by established heavyweights, it's probably a shaky situation at best. Real companies do IPO's on the Nasdaq National Market system. This one sounds like Zapata, the oil company turned fish processor turned Web site megacompany turned total crapola. Clearly, if you can't find charts or basic info you need to find out first what you are putting your money into.
