Okay... When I click on "open", a specific Folder shows in "Look in" and the individual stocks within that folder are listed. I can select one and open it. I'm not clear what you're referring to when you say to "select charts at the bottom" When I select the one in that folder that hasn't yet downloaded the data, a window appears that says: "Opening this smart chart, chart or layout will convert it to 6.51 format. Continue?" Of course when I open it I get a blank chart. One other thing I did was to delete a couple of months of data from one of the charts in the sample folder that comes with the install. When I downloaded prices via internet after that, it filled that data back in with no problem. I sure hope this makes a light bulb light up for you!!!
