I just reviewed all of our previous posts and cannot picture what may be happening here, so here's a couple of random thoughts: Is your download service working today? Do you have the correct symbol? Try deleting the security and starting again. Try a security that you are absolutely sure exists -- IBM -- using exactly the same procedure.
