No idea on Nortel, were not a big PTIX customer in my memory. The Microlegend Financing surprised me. At the last CC, I asked about the cash, and they said they were looking at acquisitions, but then they find one and issue stock. Don't know if they have another target in mind, or see a need for some serious r&D and/or integration expenses, but the amount of cash they've built up is significant for a company of their size.
