Dear Fez: In that I understand NextWave involves wireless licenses not quite sure how this directly effects GBLX. However if Nextel does succeed in obtaining these licenses after Global and others made it possible for Nextwave to emerge from bankruptcy I personally would SMELL A RAT!! Those licenses from what I heard were RESERVED for small companies!! This would allow Nextel to circumvent the law!! So much for REGULATORS!! JDN
