that's quite an operation you've got going there <g>

Ike,

This was truely an exceptional year. I never ran out of boxes in the past. The amount of sales transactions so far ahead of prior years that "store supplies" ran short. We are completely automated regarding inventory. All products that start running below a certain number of items are emailed to the respective manufacturer for immediate onvernight replacement. I never automated watch batteries, bags, boxes, etc. in that the capital investment to normally have too much is small. However, a 40% increase obliterated those supplies.

In addition, online sales were not bad for the first year. The online store was profitable if one considers my time "free." I know we are far from as large as Amazon but I am clueless as to how they can lose so much money. Providing content was are major weakness and that is something nine more months to work on for improvement.

Glenn
