Lazarus will not receive stock according to this...IMHO..consult your own sources for the definitive.
He might get 13,000$...undeservedly....but I doubt it. IMHO
Ever since I saw the picture of him hiding behind sunglasses, by candle light, holding what appears to be a bible.....I thought..who could trust this person? Was he trying to shield himself from the WORD and/or the authorities? Just a valid question, that needs to be asked.
Any one notice?...all of a sudden, he can spell.
=====================================================
Because of abuses noted on the use of Form S-8 that has also been used to compensate consultants and advisors, the Commission adopted amended rules that restrict the use of Form S-8 for such compensation purposes. One category of "consultants" which consist of brokers, dealers and persons who find investors or those engaged in stock promoting activities, directly or indirectly, are no longer permitted to receive stock or stock options from public companies.
The second category that will be excluded from receiving securities registered on Form S-8 (effective April 7, 1999) are consultants who provide investor relations or shareholder communications services. The SEC's action is consistent with the NIRI Standards of Practice guidelines on compensation of consultants where we advised that consultants should not be compensated in stock or options in lieu of cash because of potential conflicts of interest. (See page 22 of the NIRI Standards of Practice).
