Hi Jill. You know, I read somewhere that the institutions don't buy # shares, they buy $. The affordability of shares ($460 versus $115) doesn't effect their buying habits. And, those individuals who wait for a stock split because they want 100 shares versus 25 shares usually end up paying more $ per share because they waited until post-split. I expect to see a couple of days of selling in all of the stocks that had amazing 1999s. I plan on selling covered calls against my holdings for just the first three to five days of the year. Given the enormous premium in those calls, even if I am wrong about the selling, I believe I will make money of the stock goes up. I will also use the dips in the popular stocks like JDSU and ICGE to buy those stocks I never got in to.

Good luck to all. Next week could be very exciting. DOW 11,800-12,000 by 12/31/99 close; NASDAQ to 4100-4300. The Q between 450-500.
