Encc is still traded. From past info, there maybe still stockholder's class action lawsuit in Delaware on Encore computer and the majority stockholder Japan Energy and its subsidiary in the USA. Bob Crawford(believe he is now with Gore) maybe the only one who has kept up with the info. Gore may still owe ENCC money? There is still cash in ENCC which Japan Energy claims. 10k or 10q is still filed with SEC. Recently market makers ran it up to 10 cents per share. However there is no news. Is no news good news for the stockholders? Maybe award in the lawsuit is the only thing left for ENCC stockholders.
