BLUE's 2000 internets picks explained

1) CMGI: CMGI is THE internet incubator and owns parts of quality dot coms. AltaVista should be huge.

2) CNET: CNET is just starting to be discovered by investors. I think of it as the little stock that could. Like GNET, CNET gets little respect yet it was a top performer on the street in 1999.

3) DCLK: If you believe in the internet you have to believe in DCLK. With the growth yet to come in the internet, DCLK again will be one of those who profit from the growth.

4) ELNK: ELNK is slowly growing and may end up in another form in 2000. AOL has the market share but it is ELNK that I look for to be in the news.

5) GNET: 2000 is GNET's year. The year when Paul Allen puts his wired dream into motion. Many people still don't know who GNET is, this year they will. GNET moved to the top ten of internet properties in 1999.

6) GO: This is the best value in internet stocks there is. If the GO Network was a new IPO with these parts and a different name it would hit 80-100 on the first day. The Street is asleep on GO. It is a monster, number five on Media Metrix.

7) ICGE: Similar to CMGI with the similar large returns. Internet incubators are hot and those that are in place with the best assets stand the best chance for returns.

8) NBCi: One of your big boy media companies, NBCi will grow in 2000 as it buys parts for the new whole. When the parts are added up NBCi will move to the top tier of interenet properties.

9) NSOL: This company will remain a solid performer. The new registries pay NSOL each time they register a domain. Domains have to be renewed every two years and there has been everything you can ever think of already registered (and believe it or note many new domains are registered each day).

10) YHOO: Number two of digital media/web properties on the www. A quality universal content king, a digital media giant. YHOO at this time stands a very real chance of taking out AOL as number one in Media Mextrix number (AOL 54,211 and YHOO 41,786 {000}). Example: What if ELNK/MSPG were to gain a few eyeballs and YHOO was to buy them?
