OT- I live in NJ, about 50 miles from NYC. A friend's husband works with the FBI in NYC. This FBI employee told my friend that the FBI considers it a high probability that there will be a bombing incident at the Times Square Ball-dropping event. He was letting his friends know to avoid being at Times Square on New Year's Eve. Of course, this info is not being publicized by the FBI. I guess they don't want the public to panic.

I am thinking that if there is major terrorism within the US it would probably boost stocks in the bomb-detection/security sectors, among other sectors.

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT A BOMB THREAT!!! PLEASE READ MY COMMENTS WORD FOR WORD IF YOU THINK OTHERWISE!!! I am only posting third-hand information I heard from someone else.
