Thanks Henry...the link really did not say much and I'm not a paying subscriber to WSJ so I could not read the WSJ link. I am requesting a copy of the IPO Prospectus which anyone can obtain by FAXing your request to Morgan Stanley at 212-761-0211. I plan to read it carefully before deciding what to do when we HWP owners are issued our A shares next summer.
