yep.. I'm getting more than concerned about the underlying intention of this company... what is has done with it's funding.. who obtained it from.. what they gave up for it.. to whom they have paid "promotional" fees to.. to the constant delays... unexplainable MM activity.. huge increases in share auth #s... increase in float.. lack of stock support.. lack of "deep pocket/institutional" interest as promised by company.. products that seem almost surreal.. licenses with SNMM.. government heat against online gaming.. broken promises by company with regards to debentures...revenue issues.. and many other
items...

there are some positives however... but I have to wonder if I am the only one on the sidelines.. who wants to get back into this stock.. but can't because we've got 10times the red flags that we had when I first profiled this company back in late June.. (before Joe and Magic came aboard.. they piggy backed off my DD and then took payment from OGPS... which I NEVER would have done.. I chat with the SEC far too much to be dumb enough to accept shares from a penny stock company... if that company ever turned out to be a scam and you accepted shares to promote... UH OH! BIG TIME TROUBLE! Double Trouble if you didn't disclose payment.. OGPS already has a promoter that is in trouble with the SEC for not disclosing payment.. can't remember the link.. but Gary/Rick know about it.. Plus, I'd never invest in a company that wanted unknown/unlicensed investment advisors to promote)

Anyway, I'm waiting on Joe or Magic to tell me that they didn't receive shares.. because in all their postings I DO NOT remember them saying they were paid shares to promote.. something that MUST be declared on every post once relationship/payment terms were defined and agreed upon..

Nothing personal.. they both are great people and have my respect.. my concern is more with how OGPS is running their business... let's hope that with time they can clear up the red flags and get their price back to the levels I originally thought they were capable of.. but that's not gonna happen anytime soon if they are planning on selling more shares or if WSEI/MHMY have enough inventory to last a lifetime..

since this was my original find.. (actually MM posted the ticker.. I did the DD)... my hope is that this company gets its act together and comes through..

but I'd rather buy this stock at $3 or $4/share AFTER it's cleared up the mess it finds itself in now.. rather than buy now and find myself in another worthless penny stock..

if OGPS is for real... and believes in their gameplan.. then they will see $3 or $4/share again... and my concerns and comments won't matter a darn.. and the hundreds of folks who have me bookmarked will at least get to see that I didn't just DD this company and disappear.. I have tried to follow it full circle... I'm just bummed out.. we were so close... then the financing came out with broken promises and it has been all downhill since..

hopefully the last uptick last week is a sign of investor confidence coming back in... i sure hope so... best wishes to OGPS and everyone involved... just be smart out there..

I'll be watching.. and I'll be buying back in hopefully someday soon... if so, that will mean OGPS has won my confidence back.. oksteeler.. being the other investor who was here at the beginning most likely shares my frustrations as many of you do.. i just have less tolerance for penny companies than I used to... lose all your money in a few penny stocks... go file CH7.. and you too will be skeptical..

rather invest in YHOO, AOL and CSCO and CMGI and all the other NASDS that are doubling every few months... and whose options are doubling every week.. here's to a great 2000 for everyone.. not matter what your investments are!

jim

ps.. for any newbies... go back and read the first 100 posts... on both SI and RB and you'll see I've earned the right to voice my frustrations- so please be gentle with replies
