Switzerland makes effort to resolve crisis By: NDTV Correspondent Sunday, December 26: The families of three of the four Swiss passengers held hostage aboard the Indian Airlines plane, held by hijackers in Afghanistan, are in contact with the Swiss Foreign Ministry. The Ministry is also talking to several diplomatic missions in countries around Afghanistan and to a Red Cross delegation close to the Kandahar airport, the Ministry spokesman Ruedi Christen informed.
