I don't think that the shareholder lawsuits against UCI will have any negative effect on the merger between HealthAxis and Insurdata. None of the suits even suggest that this merger is being questioned. The suits revolve around the lack of disclosure of the problems within the credit card unit. In fact, the sale of the Insurdata unit to HealthAxis is beneficial to UCI shareholder value.

I expect the deal to close by the end of the first week of January.
