chriodoc, Every mistakes he makes? We all forget things from time to time? Please. I'm being nice here, there is a name for misleading people while taking money.
The manor I brought this topic up gave Steve every chance there is to say, I made a mistake. He didn't. So since Steve wasn't going to present facts that are in print, I did. The wording of his denials say that he is very aware of what he is doing.
If Steve was the average guy on the street I would not care about his picks. Steve is not an average guy, he is a "guru" and he takes money for what he does.
Do you think he writes on SI for free? Do you think I as a long term owner of many GNET shares have a right to expect to get the truth when GNET pays for what he writes?
Steve posted bogus results and went on CNBC and other media forms claiming a pick TEN that he never picked at the beginning of the year. Steve takes money from people and people who pay for such services tend to look at track record. The public has a right to know a person's REAL track record, no matter what you think about making "mistakes" and "forgetting things".
When Steve does a retraction or the media takes over from where I've started I'll go away, until then, deal with it. The name of the thread is the Steve Harmon "Internet Stock Guru" Discussion. That's what we are doing, discussing the "guru". We will be discussing Steve until he remembers facts.
