Gary, I share your enthusiasm for the earnings prospects, but I must take issue with two of your points. The only restricted stock I can find is in the Stock Option Program for employees. The Concepts deal was financed with convertible debentures and convertible preferred stock. So, I guess they're still cringing. If you read the financials differently, let me know.
