Do you deny that large numbers of these internet companies are growing revenues with no earnings? If that isn't growing the business by giving away $1.00 for each $0.95 -- what are they doing?

How is AMZN going to become profitable? How long should one reasonably wait? What scale do they have to reach? If they do have to attain some monster scale before reaching profitability -- why? I thought the internet was transforming commerce. <s>

Wait and see -- in a few years the internet will be known primarily for being the means by which the many were duped into buying a dream that never materialized. Yes, the internet will still be here. There will be new and better avenues to information. But many will have a very bitter taste in their mouth ...

KIS is right. The majority of these companies exist solely to sell paper to the public. How naive are you, anway?
