Hi YYB,

I see you've found Vendit's nest. Bookmark it, it's a place of great comfort and laughs (not to mention information).

As a former daytrader, I've gotten numerous margin calls, I'm sorry to say. I've gotten a call if the margin level hit .50% intrady, though that was put aside. Generally, if you close >50% margin, you'll get a call and must either send a check for the amount, or sell equities, within three business days. Do call them and talk to them. I can see you're a wee bit worried. FWIW, Vendit's TA take on the Q (which he posts often 'cause I bug him constantly) says that we'll probably bounce off support at 450. Remember the word "bounce" here.
