CALCULATION OF PRICE TARGET ON MSFT OF $ 150

Earnings per share for all of year 2000 per Zacks $ 1.74
Add: Windows 2000 earnings not included above .60
Total Earnings in 2000 $ 2.34

Assume P/E of 70 to 75 times

Target Price $ 160 to $ 175

Wake up, analysts have not included Windows 2000 in their calculation since the product was delayed many times. Expect many upgrades soon. This is why analysts are raising their price targets because they are raising their estimates.

They will only tell you this in February when the stock is $ 180.

Don't be stupid.
