I won't shop at Circuit City anymore either. I bought some tapes there that were UNUSABLE- they would not play and they refused to give me my money back because the tapes had been opened. They wouldn't even give me a CREDIT- I said "How would I know these were a piece of shit if I hadn't opened them?" Well I didn't say shit. But I WANTED TO. Bear in mind these were 3.99 tapes of classic movies- two of them- and they decided it would benefit them to piss me off for under 10.00 when we had spent thousands there on appliances. Now I NEVER go there for ANYTHING. I'd rather pay more and deal with Costco- where you can ALWAYS get your money back with a receipt.
