Dear Ms. Ione Binford, it was indicated in the press release heralding your appointment, that you obtained third party verification of the veracity of Ants Software's claims regarding their software.
In the interests of further due diligence, both for myself, current shareholders, and for the benefit of potential new investors, I was wondering if it would be possible for you to share the results of said independent DD with us.
I realize the report might contain privileged, restricted information, so will understand if you cannot.
However, if at all possible, I'm certain disclosure of non-restricted information would be greatly appreciated, and would help clear the air of the rash of counter claims that are beginning to occur.
Unfortunately, whenever a stock price moves dramatically higher, a certain type of people come forward in an endeavor to short the stock and gain from missives containing at best, a contrarian view, at worst, outright lies.
Any information bolstering the credibility of our company would be of great help in countering these people and furthering our understanding of our company's product and potential.
