Amazing to read these negative customer reviews of these stores. Customer service is the canary in the coal mine....when I hear stories like this, I become very leery of investing in that company. If they are positioned correctly in a business space, companies can trample over customers without serious penalty, but if they are in an competitive arena, there will be penalized for their behavior with declining sales.

CompUSA and its brethren will soon be Amazoned, if not by AMZN, by some other more nimble and customer-centric company.
