Ish, hold me up: I'm weak with laughter!

I too drink Ovaltine, so it is not a "kid's drink" by any means! Although I find it best in the morning while I wait for the coffee to filter through instead of orange juice--too much acid all at once. Orange juice later.

And I take glucosamine with chondreitin for my disc problems! (On the recommendation of the neurologist and the massage therapist.)
