Hi, dear! I followed you to this thread, which reminds me of "Things That Annoy Me" raised to higher power. And, OH, do I know what you mean! The most extreme story I have heard was told to me by someone doing the highway around Baltimore: He looked over at the next lane and saw a person driving his car while on a cell 'phone, drinking coffee, and with the newspaper spread over his lap and the steering wheel--all during rush hour and rapid traffic! He had an instinct for self-preservation and sped ahead.

No, we do not have to live this way, dammit.
