This is a GREAT merger. There could be some downward pressure soon because of lockup release for the insiders (although if they file for a follow on offering soon, it means that insiders will be locked up for an additional 3 months)-

As soon as the acquisition of Sandpiper is closed in Q1 '00, you will see a nice pop in the stock price. Hang in there.
