Allen, I'll take the geometric mean of your high and low share price multiple for WIND.

With high-low of 5 and 100 this works out to 22.36 or about $715 taking the current share price as $32.

In your discussion of NEST, it appears that you don't think much of NOVL's prospects. I'm interested in your opinion since I am long NOVL 1998 LEAPS. I figure that NOVL has a very large installed base to work with and better technology. NOVL is refocusing on what they do well and should see improved revenue minus the application software business. The contrary view is that NetWare will be eaten alive by NT. I've been reading anecdotally on the NOVL threads that NT is beating out NetWare for market share in new installations .

Regards,
Lyle
